Photo requirements
JEE (Main) takes your photograph through your camera during the application itself. You cannot upload a saved photo, so there is no pixel size or file size to match. Get the capture right instead.
How to get the capture right
- •Capture a live photograph using the webcam or mobile device during application submission
- •Ensure at least 80% of the face (including both ears) is visible with no mask or face covering
- •Use a plain white or light-coloured background with adequate lighting
- •Review and confirm the captured live photograph before final submission
