IBPS Clerk Photo & Signature Size 2026
IBPS Clerk stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Customer Service Associate (Clerk).
These are the same sizes you need for IBPS One Time Registration (OTR). Upload the correct size once and it carries over to every IBPS form.

Photo requirements
IBPS Clerk takes your photograph through your camera during the application itself. You cannot upload a saved photo, so there is no pixel size or file size to match. Get the capture right instead.
How to get the capture right
- •Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph with a light/plain background
- •Face should be clearly visible and looking straight at the camera
- •Do not wear dark glasses, cap or hat (religious headwear is permitted if the face is fully visible)
- •Upload the photograph in JPG/JPEG format within the prescribed size limits

Write it on plain white paper in your own running handwriting, in English, using a black or blue pen. Capital letters are not accepted, and a typed or printed declaration will be rejected.
