SSC CGL Photo & Signature Size 2026
SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination.
These are the same sizes you need for SSC One Time Registration (OTR). Upload the correct size once and it carries over to every SSC form.
Photo requirements
SSC CGL takes your photograph through your camera during the application itself. You cannot upload a saved photo, so there is no pixel size or file size to match. Get the capture right instead.
How to get the capture right
- •Use a webcam or the official SSC mobile application to capture a live photograph during the application process
- •Ensure adequate lighting and a plain, light-coloured background
- •Look straight at the camera with your face fully visible; keep eyes open and maintain a neutral expression
- •Do not wear a cap, mask or spectacles (unless permitted for medical or religious reasons)
