IBPS PO Photo & Signature Size 2026
IBPS PO stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer / Management Trainee.
These are the same sizes you need for IBPS One Time Registration (OTR). Upload the correct size once and it carries over to every IBPS form.

Photo requirements
IBPS PO takes your photograph through your camera during the application itself. You cannot upload a saved photo, so there is no pixel size or file size to match. Get the capture right instead.
How to get the capture right
- •Use a well-lit place with a plain background
- •Keep the camera at eye level and look straight ahead
- •No cap, mask or spectacles

Write it on plain white paper in your own running handwriting, in English, using a black or blue pen. Capital letters are not accepted, and a typed or printed declaration will be rejected.
